Healthy Lessons # 1

- Breakfast yesterday: Wild berries protein smoothie = A lot of energy and work done in the morning

- Breakfast today: Peppermint tea and salted caramel biscotti = Sleepy, tired, cranky.

- Today’s lesson: Get that fat ass out of bed 10m earlier and make a healthy protein shake, stupid!
